Terms of Engagement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing the TopCode website, APIs, or services ("The System"), you enter into a binding agreement with TopCode Systems. If you do not agree to these terms, you must terminate access immediately.

2. Intellectual Property

All core architecture, visual design (UI/UX), methodologies, and proprietary code contained within this System are the exclusive property of TopCode, protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Client projects are governed by specific Master Service Agreements (MSA) which override these general terms regarding code ownership.

3. Usage Protocols

You agree to utilize our services strictly for lawful purposes. The following actions are prohibited:

• Attempting to bypass security protocols or reverse-engineer our systems.
• Deploying automated agents/bots without explicit API credentials.
• Using our infrastructure to distribute malicious software or content.

4. Limitation of Liability

TopCode provides this platform "as is". We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss or service interruption.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access to "The System" without notice if a breach of these Terms is detected. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TopCode is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
